ABOUT US
The Aladdin’s Cave was established in 1965 by father and son team, Jack & John Willdridge. Today, siblings David and Joanne have joined John in the shop.
Found on West Derby Road, Liverpool, the shop is a stalwart in the Tuebrook Community. The familiar statues outside our red shop, have made us a prominent location, on the junction of West Derby Road, Lower Breck Road and Rocky Lane, all a stones throw from Anfield Stadium.
As engineers by trade, Jack & John opened Aladdin’s Cave as a tool shop, but over the years customer’s demands changed, so Aladdin’s Cave started to broaden the range of goods on offer. Today, the shop is a hybrid of hobbies for customers to experience.
Our customers have as wide a range of interests as we do. Whether it’s for advice or a quick chat, it’s not hard to get us wrapped up in a conversation. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and that comes across in our customer service.
More About Us
We buy and sell new and used goods, but specifically Air Rifles, Fishing Tackle, Musical Instruments and Tools. Everyone at Aladdin’s Cave has their own interests, so we buy and sell pretty much anything we take a shining too. This keeps the shop’s stock changing on a regular basis. The best way to see what we have and keep up to date is to pop into the shop for a browse or check out our social media pages for more information.
We’ve made a nice little bed for ourselves in Tuebrook, and we’ll be here for a long time coming. At the end of the day, we’re a business, but that doesn’t mean we have to be stuffy! So, with a little care and attention mixed with a laugh and a joke we aim to provide great customer service. (No pun intended. Well, maybe a little…)
